Remove the big armoire for the tv (takes too much room). Thank you for the beautiful condo. We had a great time in kaui and created beautiful memories.

A home in a moist climate such as Hawaii should not have carpet. The tiny lanai which overlooked the parking lot also had an area rug under the table. Wondered what the point of that was.
Advertised as having AC in the bedrooms and living room but not the fact that they work on a timer, with I believe a maximum of 6 hours. So if you are gone all day and come back after 6 hours the condo is stifling. Don't think it should be advertised as having AC when there is a limit as to how long you can use it.
The furniture was dirty. Have no preference as to the type of decor a place has, but it would be nice if it at least looked clean.
Stayed in Poipu for a week prior and the 2 locations couldn't be more different. Poipu has a very tropical look and feel, while this condo in Lihue is like being in the hood.
When we arrived we were given a paper telling us the Wifi password was located by the TV. Could not find it. Finally we noticed there was a paper tacked to the wall in the kitchen with the Wifi name and PW on it.
There were no kitchen towels and the management company responded quickly.

Our condo was by far the best of the three units our group booked. It was a relief to have everything and more in our sweet home away from home. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the team at Kauai Vacation rentals made the reservation process seamless. Highly recommend unit A9 at Banyon Harbor.

Washer and dryer was perfect for being able to pack light and wash beach towels often. Towels were included as were beach toys, bags, cooler, and chairs.

There are plenty of room for our family. The condo is 2 miles from Walmart, Costco and Safeway. All appliances worked properly - we rarely needed to use the air conditioner during the day since the humidity was very low and the breeze was nice. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. The owner left plenty of clothes detergent & a box full of fabric softener. There are also plenty of pots, pans and dishes to fix quick breakfast and lunch. The place is clean and is a walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having WiFi at the condo since our son needed to complete some work (even when he was on vacation.) We will definitely stay at this condo if we have a chance to come back to the island. Very omfortable stay

It is located very close to the airport and the Kauai Marriott where our friends stayed. Walking distance to local shopping area and a great pizza place, ABC store, ice cream shop. Also walking distance to the Kauai Marriott where there are more restaurants. Inside the unit was clean, well ventilated even though no central air. The space was more than enough for our needs. Kitchen well stocked. Upstairs closet has beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, kids sand toys. A very comfortable stay and was affordable.
Best part of our vacation

The management company made sure we had everything we needed, starting with water in the fridge, ending with books about the island and beach umbrellas. The location is very walk able, there are so many stores and restaurants just across the street. A really good find, I’d come back again and again.
Enjoyable, Carefree Vacation

The owner takes special care to see to it you have an enjoyable, carefree vacation. It is across the street from a nice beach and is centrally located. Shopping is just a few minutes away. Magical Island

The condo was equiped with everything you need in the kitchen to have a bbq, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and we even found boogie boards and parasols in a closet, which made a day on the beach perfect. You can reach a very beautifil beach within 7 minutes walking distance as well as nice restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable. In case of any questions, Liz helped us immediately. She is such a gorgeous person.
In questions of outdoor activities you can rely on Kiki, the concierge of Banyan harbour, she recommended very nice activities and places to go. Kauai is the most beautiful and magical island we have ever seen. You really think you are in the middle of a Jurrasic Park Film set ;)
We spend an unforgettable time in Kauai at the place of Liz'.

This condo has absolutely everything you need, it is like bringing you own home in your suitcase. They have a full kitchen, outside BBQs, pool, air conditioning etc. I will only stay here when I visit Kauai, it is that spectacular!

On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing at home meals or putting together a picnic for a day at the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished in tropical decor and there is a lanai for your relaxation. A half bathroom completes this level. In addition to ceiling fans, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room/dining room area.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, beautifully furnished, and another lanai. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also decorated in Hawaiian style. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 4 or for one or two couples. The master bathroom on this floor consists of a large walk in shower, lighted vanity mirror, hair dryer and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board. Stored in the Master Bedroom closet are beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the beach. Free WiFi service is provided should you bring your laptop or other electronic devices. There is a community computer available at the front desk for all guests to use free of charge.
As you walk through the beautifully landscaped property, which was once a botanical garden, you will come upon the hilltop salt water swimming pool. At this location you will find two shared gas BBQ grills, outdoor shower and restrooms. Adjacent to the pool area are tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.
The Greatest aspect of Banyan Harbor is it's proximity to Kauai's shopping center and central island location. You’re within walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, restaurants and shops. This condominium is located equidistant from the sights and activities on the North and South shores.
