We loved the condo, it was bright and very spacious, we loved the location. The condo was stocked with everything you could need for a stay in Kauai. We have been to Princeville many times and this has been our favorite place to stay. The only disappointment was the hot tub was broken the entire two weeks we were there and there were no signs it was being repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent North Shore location. Would definately stay there again. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Updated appliances. Great views of ocean and golf course. Condo had beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles for kids.

The condo was clean and in good shape. The location was great and we loved the views of the golf course and ocean, with the albatross nesting in the front yard an added bonus. The twin beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable and probably should be replaced. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was extremely wobbly so we didn't use it. The property management were friendly, and very helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again in the future

Frankly speaking it's cleaner than our own house, ha! So we were surprised happily at arrival, and started to enjoy our stay from the 1st min. Princeville is so convenient for beach access, especially some small hidden/secret beaches, super relaxing w/ shallow water, from streams to the sea.... Will definitely return on our next trip.

Great location. The property had everything and more that we needed. We loved how the primary suite was next to the balcony and we could lie in bed each morning and watch the beautiful sunrise. You can see a bit of the ocean from the deck. I would highly recommend this property.

As a former travel agent, I was very impressed by the property. Using stairs to the second floor was not an issue for us. We had a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. The condo was fully equipped for all our cooking needs and the bedrooms were spacious. The condo was spotless. I thought the people who helped us at Kauai Vacation Rentals were very helpful , professional and patient. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and relatives. I know I will be using them again..
Our favorite activities were finding beaches not well known to tourists. One of the highlights of our outings was to the botanical gardens located on about 220 acres. I recommend making reservations well in advance.

First time to Kauai for our party of 3 and our stay was exceptional.
VRBO was all and more than what we expected. Clean, roomy, bright and comfortable. Very well stocked with extra amenities.
Only 2 suggestions: hooks in entrance for outer wear and highly recommend vehicle rental , for visitors can experience more sites and dining venues .Public bus system was good but a long walk to and back from pick up spot in Princeville. Taxis seemed very pricey and inconvenient.

The condo was beautiful, it had everyting you could imagine and more!! The AC worked great, the fridge had a fantastic ice maker with ice ready at all times!! There were chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler to use. They did have salt and pepper but a suggestion would be to have a few more spices avaliable. The pool was wonderful the hot tub was brofken the first 5 days but thankfully it was fixed on day numer 6 of our 7 day stay. The jetted bathtub was broken but no big deal. Just wish they had informed us upfront. Overall it was a fantastic stay!! YOu walk to end of property right to cliff edge to watch sunset Priceless!! YOu have a great view of Bali Hai. The North Shore is so magical. Hnalei Bay is my favorite place on earth. Rent this condo you will not be disappointed. It is upstairs so lots of climbing to carry everything up but if you a young no problem!! Loved our stay here and I would rent this condo again in the future!! Thank you Kauai Vacation Rentals. Our 27th time to your breath taking island since 2009. We love Kauai it is our second home!!

Stayed in this condo for a week in November with two other people. The layout is great with an open kitchen and light-filled living room that overlooks the golf course with a peak of the ocean. One piece of feedback I shared with the rental agency, who have yet to respond, is that the air conditioner units were full of dust, which led to an allergic reaction. It also took three days for someone to service the AC unit that was initially broken. I would recommend this condo undergoes a deep clean given the condition of the AC intakes and presence of carpets.

My husband and I came to Kauai for 10 days in September for the purpose of visiting friends and enjoying the beauty of the island. We had previously lived at Emmalani Court for three years, so we knew it was an awesome location at a reasonable cost. We especially love the golf course and ocean views and the convenience to easily get around on the Northshore. This specific unit #424 was very well appointed. The Kauai Vacation Rental staff made it super easy during the rental process from start to finish. We would definitely stay in this project and this unit again.

We had a great stay at this condo!! Owner provided many items that we did not have to purchase (snorkels and fins, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas and a nice size cooler).
We cooked out one night at the pool and had everything we needed. There were even containers to keep leftovers for the next day.

This unit was perfect for our family of four. We loved the view of the golf course from the unit! We were able to see beautiful sunsets from the golf course.
The unit is very conveniently located right across from the pool and spa and BBQ grills.
Check-in was very easy. The furniture could use a little updating and the bed could be a little more firm, but other than that, the unit was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, it had air conditioning and a washer and dryer!
Plus it had all the beach amenities such as chairs, cooler, towels, boogie board and snorkel gear. We were walking distance to some of the beaches and a short drive to the market and some shops.
The little welcome gift was a nice touch.

What a perfect vacation spot. We have stayed in Princeville many times, but this is by far the best location. You have walking access to so much! Pali Ke Kua Beach, the resort, queens bath, etc. the unit itself was clean, and had everything we could have needed and more in a rental. The peek a boo ocean view was a treat, and we were lucky enough to see an albatross chick out of our window each day. We will return to this rental again for sure! And Kauai Vacation Rentals will have is as customers from now on! Thank you!!!

The condo got great light in the mornings which was perfect for breakfast on the porch. The space was very clean and comfortable and the owner supplied everything we needed for adventures to the beach. A/C in June was a lifesaver. Great location, walking distance to the Overlook, Princeville town center, and a few restaurants. The pool was super close and the condo is right on the golf course which was nice. The community was quiet which was amazing. This is a great spot for families! My wife and I are absolutely coming back.

We love the location and close to the shopping center. Our condo view from the 8th hole of the golf course we could hear the waves at night. We are also close to Hanalei town were there are a lot of places to eat ono Hawaiian food , hiking and the beautiful beaches. We explore different towns and local places to eat. Specially, we love the Kauai Brewery and Grill at the Allen Port on the west side where you see a beautiful sunset.
