Would absolutely book again. The condo was spotless, well equipped, and KVR was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and cookware/storage items to make cooking and meal prep a breeze. The AC worked well, and although the loft bedroom stays naturally a bit warmer due to layout it was still fine. We enjoyed the convenience of having a plethora of board games, books, and beach gear. Just overall a simple and easy stay.

I stayed in this unit for 6 nights with friends and it was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and came very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient and made beach days much easier. It is located in a beautiful area with walking trails, views and easy access to the beach. I will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo in a gorgeous neighborhood. We stayed with a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. There are two beach options that you can walk to on some paths. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality, clean, and perfectly secluded place to stay. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

This rental was perfect for our 3-generation family vacation. Owners thought of every detail- well stocked kitchen, even laundry soap and little body soap bars. There’s beach items, chairs, and towels. Beautiful walk to the beach gives you a bit of a workout but well worth it! We landed early in the day after traveling all night ands there were even able to let us in the place early!

FANTASTIC place to stay to celebrate any occasion or just for a vacay! The condo is gorgeous, with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable and the area is Beautiful!My 3rd time to visit and it never ceases to WOW me! Definitely choose unit 1 for a great vacay!

Amazing Townhouse in Paradise

We took a 10 day birthday celebration trip for my wife. The townhouse was beautifully remodeled. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private path to a secluded portion of Hideaway Beach. We had coffee every morning on the patio enjoying the view of the waterfalls in the distance. We did not notice any smoking from the neighboring unit.It is one of the best rentals we have ever had and one our favorite places to stay. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we get the chance to return to Kauai.

We stayed at this condo in April 2023 and it was just right for our party of 4 adults. Very comfortable, with a great lanai right off the living space where we spent each night enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. The location was super convenient to what became our favorite beach, Hanalei Bay. A bonus feature was a restaurant within walking distance right on property! Clean, functional and perfect for our Kauai get-away!

The Condo is in a great location - close to everything on the North end of the island. Very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils, dishes, glasses, even a crockpot if you want to have dinner ready when you get back in the evening after being at one of the beautiful beaches close by. The bathrooms have plenty of bath towels and there were 6 beach chairs with an umbrella, perfect for a day on the beach. There is a great washer and dryer for anyone having an extended stay - no need to overpack. There is a community swimming pool on site, and a restaurant that has great pizza also on the property.

Rented the unit for our daughter’s family while they visited us at Pali Ke Kua.
Plane cancellations caused them to arrive 2 days late. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. The furnishings were quite nice. The only drawback is that the unit is one half of a duplex and the adjacent unit is apparently occupied by a long term renter family with a child and very active and loud late night activities. Smoking was evident from the adjacent unit’s lanai/patio. We would recommend this property with some disclaimers

We enjoyed our week at the Pali Ke Kua condo. Our neighbours were quiet. The condo is beautifully furnished and in a nice location on the north shore. It is a short drive to many beaches from Princeville . We appreciated the full laundry, 6 beach chairs, and 2 boogie boards ! It was perfect for our group of 6 !

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and having a restaurant on property was lovely. There were numerous great beaches in close proximity and we were able to drive around the entire island. Can't wait to return to Kauai and would definitely consider staying here again.

This condo came equipped with everything we needed from dishware to towels to beach accessories and more. Perfectly located in Princeville with a short drive to Hanalei. The paved pathway to Hideaway Beach was just a short walk and easily accessible. The views from this beach are incredible! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well which is just across the street from the condo. Large screen TV with alit of channels made for comfy evening relaxation. We had one issue with the key card to the swimming pool not working but the Property manager replaced the card almost immediately. We would stay here again!

2 kids +2 parents +2 grandparents + Pali Ke Kua = heaven on earth! We had the most fabulous week at this beautiful vacation rental. It was clean, well appointed and homey. Location is possibly the best on all of Kauai. From this condo you can walk to a private entrance to hideaways beach, a short and beautiful walk down to the spectacular beach in front of the Princeville Hotel. Also access to a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. All of the best that Princeville has to offer and Hanalei just a few minutes drive away. We met a woman on Island who had sold her property to a tech billionaire. She decided to move to a condo for simplicity and could have afforded to move to any condo on the entire island of Kauai. She chose Pali Ke Kua to call her home. It’s that great of a location - really! Don’t hesitate, book it right away. We’ll be back!

We had a great time and were very comfortable. The condo was well situated - we walked to two different beaches right from the condo. Not too far away, we hiked along the Na Pali trail and enjoyed going to Hanalei for dinner and a boat outing. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. It would have been nice if it had a few ingredients, such as olive oil or a spice or two. One recommendation I have for the owner is to upgrade the couch.

Pali Ke Kua 1 perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Spacious layout, great beds, nice showers, well-equipped kitchen, electric BBQ, laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, and ample beach towels. Hose on lanai was perfect to rinse off gear after beach days. Quiet safe location and convenient to Hanalei side. Quick walk down to Hideaways Beach and easy drive to Queens Bath trail. Amazing sunsets overlooking Hanalei Bay. Convenient to Princeville shops for souvenirs and grocery shopping. Warm meals around the dining table after full days of exploring the island. Pali Ke Kua 1 is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated condo with a relaxing lanai off the living room. After a long day exploring the island come relax on the Lanai with a refreshing beverage or Enjoy some family time in the living room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an open floor plan that is very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations. When you choose to dine out, there are many restaurants in this area to tempt you with a nice variety of cuisine, from familiar favorites to tasty delicacies and, of course, fresh seafood. There is also an on-site restaurant that you can enjoy.
The Master bedroom is an upstairs loft and has a Cal King bed and private bathroom with a custom shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. The condo has ceiling fans throughout and has portable air conditioners in the dining room and second bedroom only. The condo is well equipped with a washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs and beach towels.
Amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub that is surrounded by lovely tropical plants. Walk or drive to the Princeville Shopping Center where you will find all the comforts of home, including a market with a pharmacy, post office, shops, restaurants, etc.
Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, sightseeing, shopping, tennis and golf.
