First vaca in 20 years

The orange couch is very uncomfortable and the only chair is hard and uncomfortable also. The couch looked like it needed a good cleaning, but replacement for something comfortable would be better, along with another comfortable chair. The kitchen table & chairs are fine.

It is a 2 minute walk from Lawai Beach. It is cozy but has beach chairs, umbrella and a few kitchen supply items like oil, coffee filters and other cooking essentials available. The floors are updated (we saw other reviews that there was carpet) and while the condo itself could be updated, it was just perfect. It provided an ocean view, looks over a historical site and offered spectacular sunrises. Kauai Vacation Rentals were fantastic, friendly and professional. We would certainly go back to this spot. Mahalo and safe travels.
Quiet place with great breezes

The condo is quiet and has a great breeze that comes through. Being so close to the beach and shops was great. The condo was clean and looked great. We wanted to just get away from the responsibilities at home for a bit. Kauai Vacation Rentals was outstanding with our needs and booking, KVR is perfect for rental needs. Holo Holo sunset dinner cruise was fantastic! Going through back roads on the North shore and experiencing the wonders Smith Plantation has. Visiting small towns and of couse, Lapperts ice cream. South shore was a must stay Place.

We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and feel at home versus staying in a hotel. I enjoyed the sunrises from the lanai as well. The location is directly across from Lawai beach where we snorkeled with a sea turtle and beautiful fish! It's also across from the Beach House for delicious cocktails and fine dining. It was easy to walk or drive to grab coffee and other meals. Not a far drive from nearby beaches as well. I would definitely stay in this condo/complex again and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

Excellent views and privacy

When making and changing reservations, the staff was consistently friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. There was constant communications from them that made us feel they were interested in the quality of our stay.

This condo is located in one of the best, most beautiful parts of Kauai! The view is gorgeous and it’s just a short distance from a great beach for snorkeling. Nearby Old Koloa is such a charming small town!
The unit was just the right size for our needs. It had a fantastic view of the ocean that was so lovely to wake up to each morning. The kitchen is fully stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment that were available. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again!
