Description

From the moment you enter The Cliffs 6306 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Perched on a bluff above the beautiful Pacific Ocean, this spacious corner unit with 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and two lanais offers endless ocean and mountain vistas. Watch whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round sounds of tropical birds throughout the grounds.

This stylishly decorated condo is very comfortable and spacious for four guests. The Master Suite has its own lanai, California King bed, island-style Teak furniture and sitting area. Second bedroom upstairs is a large Loft with a Standard King bed. The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are just steps away.

The condo includes its own washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Cable Channels and a telephone with local service. For music lovers, listen to a variety of classic vinyl albums on the Vintage-Style Record Player. Game lovers can enjoy our collection of games and puzzles. Sun umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler are all provided for your day at the beach.

The Cliffs Resort rests on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land, close to pristine white sand beaches and 45 holes of world-class golf at Princeville. The Cliffs features a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, barbecue areas near each building, oceanfront gazebos and lounge areas, bicycle rentals, fitness center, kids playground, putting/chipping green and tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickle-ball courts. The Cliffs also provides an on-site activity desk, business center and 24-hour security.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three ceiling fans and three floor fans, as well as trade winds, provide adequate cooling.

Perfect vacation rental for me and 2 teenagers. It's is beautifully decorated with Hawaiian artwork. Very clean and comfortable. The front lanai has a spectacular and unobstructed view of the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. The grounds are beautiful. Great home base for exploring North Shore. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Kauai.

Loved this rental unit for many reasons.
Of course the multi-million $ view first & foremost!
But we are chefs & the kitchen was AWESOME w/all the right tools, plates, appliances, etc.
The unit was very nice & had nice amenities such as beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc.
They had a lot of games too!
The property had a beautiful pool!
Bikes to ride & LOVED the Adirondack Chairs to watch the sunset & sunrise!

Loved the townhome; we've stayed here before and will likely do so again. It's airy, clean, and has a fabulous ocean view. (Just couldn't figure out how to work the shower in the master bathroom.)

From the moment you walk through the front door to the see the incredible view of the ocean off the lanai, then take in the comfortable setting interior, this is the place to be in Princeville. You can try and find a better place but no one has the view of this location as far as we're concerned. We'd stay again and again and again

Very Nice place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub. I wish the sand in the spa had been vacuumed out everyday. The concierge at The Cliffs was super helpful. I would recommend this place to all.

This was our best vacation rental ever. The photos were very accurate in their depiction, but real-life was even better. The unit is huge for two people, clean, comfortable & well-stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was authentic Island quality and craftsmanship. There was a second lanai in the main bedroom, for a fun change of pace. Delightful artwork adorned the walls, from a Western point-of-view, perfect for visitors. There was an excellent selection of books on Kaua'i, fiction and nonfiction; my husband and I read 3 books between us during our 5-day stay. There was also a street atlas of the entire Island; nice touch for us analog folks. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. A fragrant plumeria tree was blooming right below our lanai. We observed at least three pairs of resident nēnē the endemic and endangered state bird of Hawaiʻi. We felt welcomed and blessed. So much Aloha!

My wife and I love this condo. It was in the perfect location on the North Shore. The owners decorations artwork and amenities made our vacation that much better. The vaulted ceilings beautiful views from the lanai made us want to spend our nights getting takeout or grilling at bbq

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The Cliffs is an older property, but it's well maintained by the property management team. The unit itself was an excellent space, more than enough room for 4 people, even though it was just the two of us.

Our favorite part of the stay was the spectacular view of the ocean. Almost every day we saw whales off in the distance breeching and splashing.

We would absolutely stay here again.

I would say the only downside to the unit and property is:
1. The overall density of units. During our stay, almost every unit was full and the complex was constantly bustling with people and because of the placement of the units, there's not a whole lot of privacy. The units feel a little like fish bowls, you can see your neighbors in their units, and they can see you.
2. Even in March, the weather was warm. There were a couple nights where there wasn't any wind, and the place was very hot. If you're staying during summer months, expect there to be some warm nights.

We loved our stay at The Cliffs! A beautiful unit with fantastic views. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and appreciated having the use of beach chairs and towels. We would definitely return, and would want to stay in the same unit.

This was a really great condo, very spacious, everything we needed during our trip. The view from the lanai during breakfast every morning was top notch. Having 2 bathrooms was handy. We really have no complaints at all about this condo or the property it's located on. We would definitely stay here again and hope to someday!

Wonderful unit, with a beautiful ocean view. The unit is spacious, clean and all the amenities you would need and nicely decorated. The cliff has no direct access to the beach, but the cliff provides a wounderfull sunset vista point from the main loan. It is a very short drive to Aninin, which was our favorite snorkeling spot, as well as other snorkeling and other beach access location.
