Without question, Lae Nani 321 is an exceptional condominium. Pure and simple, everything about it is beautiful.

This is a second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath, corner unit with windows on two sides and a large, wrap-around lanai. It is bright and airy, and has expansive views of Wailua Bay, the ocean, and the broad, palm-bordered beach directly in front of the building.

The perspective and position of Lae Nani 321 are unique. It is absolute oceanfront so if you want to stay as close to the ocean as possible and have exceptional views of the beautifully landscaped property, you will most certainly enjoy Lae Nani 321. Visitors and guests are always amazed and delighted by the sights and sounds here.

The interior is a delight as well.

The condo is beautifully furnished and maintained. Kitchen cabinets and living room paneling are rich Hawaiian Koa wood.

The fully equipped kitchen is not only lovely, it is very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. And, if you enjoy grilling, the barbecue area is nearby and close to the swimming pool. The pool is large and surrounded by lovely tropical plantings. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations.

When you choose to dine out, there are many restaurants in this area to tempt you with a nice variety of cuisine, from familiar favorites to tasty delicacies and, of course, fresh seafood.

The master bedroom is modern and spacious, has built-in storage, and its own lanai directly facing the ocean. There is a gorgeous adjoining bath with a spacious glass-walled modern shower.

After a long day Enjoying Kauai, relax in the comfortable living room and delight in watching what you want on Netflix.

There are many activities nearby to enjoy, including seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boat tours and flightseeing aboard helicopters. Tennis enthusiasts will be delighted that Lae Nani has its own tennis court.

Lae Nani is located on the east side of Kauai on the Coconut Coast, equidistant from the sights and activities on the north and south shores. The condo is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is close to shopping, golf courses, and the island's new walking and biking path that follows the eastern shore for miles.

The lava rock keiki lagoon at one end of the beach, and many fascinating tide pools, are perfect play areas for youngsters.

Magical! This is the second time we have rented this property and would do so again. We appreciate the restfulness and community feel of Lae Nani. It is very laid back so if you are looking for excitement or a party scene this is NOT for you. Walks along the beach, ease of access to both South and North shore plus a short walk to restaurants, farmers market and shopping are all at hand.

We loved every minute of our stay and have absolutely no complaints. View was spectacular and the condo was clean and comfortable. The bonus was having air conditioning! That was a must along with a washer and dryer. I hope to be back sooner than later. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and lasting memories.

We had the pleasure of staying here in January 2024. It is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Walking in the front door feels like you're home. The view is spectacular! If you enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, this is the place for you!! Centrally located we were never far from our activities. We walked to Passion Bakery Cafe, Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace for nice shops, good food and a Farmer's Market on Tues and Thursday Don't miss the Koloa Rum Tour, Lydgate Chocolate Farm Tour and Smiths Family LuauWe wished we could have stayed longer!

Myhusband and I spent glorious days at this condo in Lae Nani. Lae Nani is beautifully maintained and landscaped. I especially loved and enjoyed the large clean pool. The condo itself was wonderfully decorated. The showers were lovely. The bed was dreamy. My favorite part was the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful lanai. A real plus was the washer and dryer. With a safeway up the road and the farmer's market at Coconut marketplace, we ate many meals at the large dining room table. We did enjoy the Lava Lava club next door with its delicious food drinks and nightly music. We could not have wished for a more beautiful time and place.

After the events in Maui my wife and I had decided to go to the island of Kauai. We were scrambling to find lodging and just by chance this property came on the market after a recent remodel. It is just in a perfect location on the corner of a building so you get fantastic ocean views in two directions. The private beach area is less than 100’ away so you can enjoy the sound of crashing waves, long distance views toward Lihue and beautifully landscaped grounds including a nice pool 50’ outside the door. We spent so much time on the lanai just enjoying the scenery and sounds and you will too. The property is north of Lihue in the town of Kapaa and we really liked the local town as it had lots of options for dining and all the essentials like a grocery store without the crowds of Lihue or Poipu…not to say it was quiet but a little less busy and very central for touring about the island. The condo itself was wonderful, had ample AC and is one of the few places we have stayed that justified its high cost.

Wonderful location, price and accommodations. It is hard to find a unit in Kauai with AC but this has it in all rooms. Wonderful view and it was recently renovated with beautiful art, furniture and laundry. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals. The grounds are amazingly well kept and stunning. It has great parking and the location makes it easy to go to markets, food and a quick walk to restaurants, bakery and other cute shops. We traveled all over the island but love this area because of its quick access to the airport and both sides of the island. I’ve stayed in other places but this is by far the best at a very good price. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lovely property ����

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this condo. Usually I come with Stacey Love, but brought my family this time and we love the location. loved the location! The property was not as clean as it has been in the past. Lost of visible dust, especially the lighting above the dining table. Living room drapes are loose, hard to open sometimes and need some minor repair. I've rented from Kauai Vac Rentals for years, and it's my go to company. I feel you need to know these thing because I know you value your service as do I.
Gloria at KVR is amazing. We will be back. Mahalo

We were very pleased but extremely disappointed and uncomfortable without air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The condo was great otherwise. We loved the location and proximity to the pool, BBQ, and ocean. The view was great as well. Sleeping is very important so the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a major dissatisfaction.

The rental was better, cleaner and more beautiful than I could have hoped for. It was nicer in person then the website showed. The property was well maintained and the gardens/plantings were lovely. Of course, this unit was excellently located, at the end of the unit, close to pool, and beach. But the view was the best thing of all. The sounds and sights made our stay unforgettable.

Let me say that the listing and photos of this unit do not do it justice. This unit is very nice with with excellent, separate bathrooms in each room, new carpet and a million dollar view from two separate balconies, one of which has seating for six. We encountered two small issues and the management team took care of them right away. The beach and pool are just outside the unit and the grounds are maintained top notch. The unit was clean throughout and the beds were fine. Can't say enough good about this home and the next time we go I wouldn't bother looking at anything else.

Lae Nani was everything we had dreamed of for our family vacation to Kauai. The corner unit with panorama views were stunning day and night. Loved hearing the waves at night and the best part was being steps from the beach and pool. The grounds were gorgeous. We will book again for sure.

Beautiful landscaping and pool area. View was spectacular. Manmade beach wasn't swim friendly for older folk, but the rock wall pool was nice. No air conditioning was very hard for me. The condo was very comfortable and pretty. There were so many items in the outside closet to help us! I loved staying here and would choose this one again.

I cant say enough about the service provided by Kauai Vacation Rentals. Staff was very accommodating and went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Great proximity to convenience retail shops and central location on the island. Nice walkability and peaceful location. The views are terrific and the sound of the ocean is calming.We continue to be impressed with Kauai's farmers markets. Wonderful fruits and vegetables make eating well and healthy so easy.

Lae Nani 321 was a superb! Lovely view, a constant breeze made it comfortable despite the humidity, the sound of the breakers so close to us was soothing day and night. The 2B/2B suite layout of the unit is great for sharing, affording privacy and visual separation. Shared spaces - living room, kitchen, and lanai - were spacious. The furniture was comfy and stylish, though it has that "lived in" look. The bathrooms are fine, but showing a little wear and tear. The decor was a pleasant surprise - prints, sculptures - for a vacation rental and made it more like staying at a friend's home then renting. Good cleaning crews, gardeners, security personnel! Central location, easy parking. Kauai Vacation Rentals is first-rate and we're already set for next year!
